Bread School & Bakery
My passion and interest of food and baking started when I was in the Military visting lots of different countries and sampling different cultures and their foods. This inspired me for a complete change of career,  I was given the opportunity to train in a well reputed cookery school in Devon and baking became my passion. Since then I can safely say I've become a foodie geek and am always discovering and looking for  new ways of baking the most tasty food and bread especially Sourdough.  I love to cook homemade and all with local natural ingredients.  Orginally from Poole, Dorset now living in Teignmouth,Devon where The Bread School was born.
